ETERNI SWEDEN IS LOOKING FOR A MARKETING & EMPLOYER BRANDING SPECIALIST

Do you want to help strengthen the visibility of a growing staffing and recruitment company in Sweden? Eterni Sweden is now looking for a driven and business-oriented Marketing & Employer Branding Specialist who wants to take full responsibility for our visibility towards both clients and candidates. This is a key role where you will have great freedom, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to build up the marketing efforts in close collaboration with management.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving Eterni Sweden's market presence with a particular focus on LinkedIn, digital visibility, and employer branding.

You will work both strategically and operationally, ensuring that our brand is clear, relevant, and visible to the right target groups. The position is initially about 30 hours per week, with the possibility of full-time in the long term.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities and content plans

• Enhance our visibility on LinkedIn and other relevant channels

• Create engaging content aimed at both clients and candidates

• Drive employer branding initiatives

• Showcase the organization, employees, and management in digital channels

• Develop marketing materials for the sales and recruitment team

• Support campaigns related to recruitment and candidate attraction

• Follow up and analyze results (reach, leads, applications)

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge and interest in marketing. Attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset are important qualities. Since you will be working closely with others, we prefer a flexible person who enjoys teamwork. We place great emphasis on personality and are looking for a driven individual with strong engagement, social skills, and a positive attitude. You are curious, open-minded, and have a learning mindset, with a willingness to dive into details.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least a bachelor's degree in marketing, a master's degree is considered a merit

• Has a few years of experience in marketing, communication, or employer branding

• Ideally has worked with B2B marketing, for example in staffing, recruitment, or consulting

• Has a good familiarity with LinkedIn and digital content marketing

• Has excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English

• Has a good understanding of the candidate journey and talent attraction (preferable but not required)

ABOUT THE POSITION

This position is a key role in a growing company. As the role is new, you have the opportunity to influence and develop the marketing function at Eterni in Sweden. You will work with freedom and responsibility, but in close collaboration with the company's management team and organization. The position is part-time, with flexible working hours of about 30 hours/week. The location for the position is in Stockholm and/or Växjö, hybrid is also possible.
